The promoter is WHiYOU Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 15225246 and trading as Hi Five Club (the Promoter, we, us or our).

By entering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About the Prize Draw

​

1.1 The Hi Five Club prize draw (the Prize Draw) is a promotional draw through which eligible customers receive entries when purchasing products or services directly from Hi Five Club.

​

1.2 No separate entry fee is charged. Product and service prices are not increased to reflect the opportunity to enter, and no additional payment is required to claim a prize.

​

1.3 Each eligible product or service purchased directly from Hi Five Club provides one entry, unless clearly stated otherwise before purchase.

​

1.4 Entries are a goodwill benefit connected to eligible purchases. A purchase should only be made if you genuinely want the product or service and not solely to enter the Prize Draw.

​

2. Eligibility

​

2.1 The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

​

2.2 Employees, directors and officers of WHiYOU Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw may not enter.

​

2.3 Entrants must provide accurate contact information and a valid UK delivery address and retain proof of purchase.

​

2.4 We may request proof of age, identity, residence or purchase before confirming an entry or awarding a prize.

​

2.5 We may reject or disqualify an entry where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, information is false or misleading, an order or entry is fraudulent or manipulated, or the entrant is ineligible.

​

3. How to Enter

​

3.1 To enter, you must purchase an eligible product or service directly from Hi Five Club during the applicable entry period, provide the information reasonably required to process your order and entry, and retain your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

​

3.2 One entry is allocated for each eligible product or service purchased. There is no fixed maximum number of entries, provided every entry arises from a genuine eligible purchase.

​

3.3 Entries cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged or assigned.

​

3.4 Cancelled, refunded, charged-back or fraudulent purchases will not qualify. We may remove any entry connected with such a purchase.

​

3.5 Incomplete, corrupted or unauthorised entries, or entries that otherwise fail to comply with these Terms, will not be accepted.

​

3.6 We are not responsible for entries delayed, lost, corrupted or not received because of a technical failure or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

​

4. Entry Period and Lifetime Entries

​

4.1 The entry period for the next annual Prize Draw opens at 1st OCTOBER 2026 at 00:01 and closes at EACH ROLLING SEPTEMBER 30th at 23:59 for the following prize draw for as long as this competition prize draw runs at the discretion of the company.

​

4.2 Purchases completed after the closing date will not be included in that year's draw and will instead enter the next eligible annual draw.

​

4.3 Subject to these Terms, each valid entry is a lifetime entry and remains eligible for future annual Hi Five Club prize draws for as long as the Prize Draw and WHiYOU Ltd continue to operate, the entrant remains eligible and contactable, and the entry has not been cancelled or disqualified.

​

4.4 We do not guarantee that the Prize Draw will continue indefinitely or that a draw will take place every year.

​

5. Prize

​

5.1 The number, nature and value of the prize or prizes will be published before or at the start of the relevant entry period at www.hi-five-club.com/prizedraw.

​

5.2 The prize for the next draw is: £50 Hi Five Club gift card.

 

5.3 Unless stated otherwise, the prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged and has no cash alternative.

​

5.4 If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our reasonable control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

​

5.5 The winner is responsible for personal tax liabilities or personal costs arising from accepting or using the prize, except delivery costs we expressly agree to cover.

​

6. Selecting the Winner

​

6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries included in the relevant draw.

​

6.2 The draw will take place on or before 25th November each year.

​

6.3 Selection will use a verifiably random computer process or take place under the supervision of an independent person.

​

6.4 Our decision is final except where an obvious error has occurred.

​

7. Contacting the Winner and Claiming the Prize

​

7.1 We will contact the selected winner using the email address or telephone number connected with their account or qualifying purchase within 7 days of the draw.

​

7.2 We will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner and will not withdraw a prize merely because one call or message goes unanswered.

​

7.3 The winner must respond and provide any reasonably requested eligibility or delivery information within 7 days of our first written notification.

​

7.4 If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts, fails to respond in time, cannot provide the required evidence, refuses the prize, or is ineligible, we may select a replacement winner using the same random process.

​

7.5 The prize will normally be delivered within 30 days of the winner being verified and accepting it. If longer is required, we will provide an expected delivery date.

​

7.6 There is no charge to claim or receive the prize, except for personal costs clearly stated in these Terms or the prize announcement.

​

8. Winner Information and Publicity

​

8.1 To show that a valid award took place, we may publish or make available the winner's surname and county. Entrants may object or ask us to reduce the information published by contacting support@whiyou.com.

​

8.2 Even where a winner objects, we may provide relevant information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.

​

8.3 Participation in photographs, interviews, social media posts or other publicity is voluntary and will be agreed separately. Winning is not conditional on additional publicity.

​

9. Personal Information

​

9.1 WHiYOU Ltd is responsible for personal information used to administer the Prize Draw.

​

9.2 We will use entrants' information to administer and verify entries, conduct the draw, contact and verify the winner, deliver the prize, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

​

9.3 We may share information with service providers or professional advisers where reasonably necessary to administer the Prize Draw or comply with the law.

​

9.4 Personal information will be handled under the Hi Five Club Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law.

​

10. Intellectual Property

​

10.1 Intellectual property in the Prize Draw materials, including Hi Five Club branding, website content and promotional materials, belongs to or is licensed to WHiYOU Ltd.

​

10.2 Entry does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially use those materials.

​

10.3 Unless a promotion specifically requires original content, entrants do not grant us rights over their photographs, writing or other original material merely by entering.

​

11. Fair Use and Disqualification

​

11.1 We may investigate suspected fraud, manipulation, duplicate accounts, automated entries, fabricated purchases or other abuse.

​

11.2 We may cancel or disqualify affected entries where reasonable grounds exist, but will not disqualify a genuine entrant without a proper basis.

​

12. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation

​

12.1 We may suspend, amend or cancel the Prize Draw where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary, including serious technical failure, fraud, legal or regulatory change, or an event making the promotion impossible to run fairly.

​

12.2 We will avoid changing the closing date or other significant conditions unless unavoidable, fair to existing entrants and permitted by applicable rules.

​

12.3 We will publish an explanation on the Hi Five Club website as soon as reasonably practicable and make reasonable efforts to protect entries already received.

​

13. Liability

​

13.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

​

13.2 Subject to clause 13.1, we are not responsible for loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the entrant entered.

​

13.3 Nothing in these Terms affects an entrant's statutory rights.

​

14. General

​

14.1 If any provision is invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

14.2 A delay in enforcing a provision does not prevent us from enforcing it later.

​

14.3 No person other than an entrant and WHiYOU Ltd may enforce these Terms.

​

14.4 These Terms constitute the agreement between the entrant and WHiYOU Ltd concerning the Prize Draw.

​

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

​

15.1 These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

​

15.2 Residents of England or Wales may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.

Residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in Scotland, and residents of Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland.
